Flavia N. Sungkit, M.Psi., Psychologist

Flavia is an organizational psychologist and HR practitioner with over 12 years of experience across state-owned enterprises and national companies.
Throughout her career, she has focused on organizational development, particularly in HR strategy and leadership development. During a career break, Flavia was introduced to the Ikigai philosophy, the importance of living and working with purpose.
This perspective revealed that career well-being has a profound impact on one’s quality of life, and is deeply shaped by the health of the organization where one grows. From that realization, Flavia founded Ikigai Consulting, a platform dedicated to helping organizations and the people within them become aligned, resilient, and able to live their Ikigai.
Because meaningful change cannot rely solely on individual efforts; it must be systemic. With expertise in Organizational Development and Human Resources, Ikigai Consulting focuses on building healthy, sustainable organizations while elevating the quality of the people within them.
Because when systems are strong and people grow, meaning and performance move forward together.
