Flavia N. Sungkit, M.Psi., Psychologist

Flavia is an organizational psychologist and human resources practitioner with over 12 years of experience working at state-owned enterprise (BUMN) and national company. Due to personal reasons, she quit her job at the height of her career. After that, Flavia went through a career crisis. It was then that she discovered the philosophy of IKIGAI, which motivated her to see that a career is not merely about climbing the corporate ladder, but about purpose. Then, Ikigai Consulting was born, a human resources consulting firm that not only helps organizations become more productive but also supports the people within them in finding purpose in their work.
